When you use Mari Menggambar Apps Services, you trust us with your information. This policy applies to all Mari Menggambar Apps Services unless the Service has an overriding policy. Since we DO NOT collect, store or use any personal information while you visit, download or upgrade our products. We may use personal information submitted by you only for the following purposes: help us develop, deliver, and improve our products and services and supply higher quality service.

We may collect and use non-personal information in the following circumstances. To have a better understanding in user’s behaviour, solve problems in products and services, improve our products, services and advertising, we may collect non-personal information such as installed application name and package name, the data of install, frequency of use, country, equipment and channel.

Information we get from your use of our services We may collect information about the services that you use and how you use them, such as when you view and interact with our content. We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information). ng-labs will not share that information with third parties.

4.      Mari Menggambar apps (It's applicable to all Canvas drawings apps in Mari Menggambar)

We are not responsible for loss of any drawings and app crash, what ever you draw using ng-labs paint apps it's your asset and the app icon and the application icons are copyright to Mari Menggambar, If you shared any drawings with us and it's available in play store with your approval.

6.      Information we share

Many of our services let you share information with others. Our services provide you with different options on sharing (including to disable sharing) and removing your content.

We do not share personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Mari Menggambar unless with your consent.

We work hard to protect Mari Menggambar and our users from unathorized access, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular: we encrypt our external service providers's connections using SSL, we review out information collection, storage and processing practices to guard against unauthorized access to systems

8.      Children's Privacy

Mari Menggambar does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. We recommend that adults and guardians take an active role in protecting their children in their online activities and interests.

If Mari Menggambar becomes aware that personal information that has been submitted to it relates to a child under the age of 13 in contravention of any applicable laws and regulations, Mari Menggambar will use reasonable efforts to:

• Delete that personal information from its files as soon as possible
• Ensure, where deletion is not possible, that this personal information is not used further for any purpose, nor disclosed further to any third party
